Sì, finalmente, con un po' di ritardo, ci sono riuscita anch'io!
Procurata una bella cassetta dal nostro ortofrutta di fiducia, quest'anno, avendo solo un contenitore di cartone delle uova – ormai compriamo solo uova sfuse dai produttori della nostra zona – ho riciclato un po' di vecchi vasetti tenuti da parte.

Yes, finally, with a little delay, I did it too!
I asked for a beautiful wooden box to our trusted greengrocer, this year, having only a egg carton – now we buy only loose egg from the producers in our area – then I recycled a bit of old little plastic pots kept aside.

Ecco il mio primo semenzaio!

Questo è solo il primo round. Seguirà una seconda semina, sempre in semenzaio, soprattutto se questa, con gli sbalzi climatici che ci sono, non andrà a buon fine.
Inoltre, sono in attesa di semi provenienti dalla persona con cui ho scambiato i miei grazie all'immancabile Baratto di Semi di Kia, quest'anno giunto alla quarta edizione.
This is only the first round. It will be followed by a second sowing, always in seedbeds, especially if this sowing will fail, due to climatic changes.
Moreover, I'm waiting for seeds from the person with whom I exchanged mine, thanks to the great Seed Barter by Kia, now in its fourth edition.

I semi in viaggio per il Baratto di Semi di Kia

Una volta germogliati i semi sarà ora di preparare i vasi, utilizzato il compost autoprodotto che quest'anno è più abbondante del solito. Ve lo mostrerò di sicuro.
Once sprouted seeds, I will prepare the pots, using the self-produced compost that this year is more abundant than usual. I'll surely show you.

Volete sapere cosa ho piantato?
Pomodori ciliegino e varietà Roma, rucola coltivata e rughetta selvatica, zucchine, basilico, prezzemolo e tre mini girasoli. Poi ho seminato direttamente in vaso lo stridolo (silene vulgaris) e semini di viola del pensiero, che, fra l'altro, sta già fiorendo in giardino.
Want to know what I planted?
Cherry and Rome variety tomatoes, cultivated and wild rocket, zucchini, basil, parsley and three mini sunflowers. Then I sowed directly in the pot the 'stridolo' (Silene vulgaris) and seeds of pansy, which, among other things, is already blooming in the garden.

È pomeriggio, sono al calduccio, forse esagerato della Felt***elli della mia città, aspettando che arrivi qualche cliente della suddetta libreria a farsi fare i pacchetti regalo.

Proprio così, la tradizione ormai si ripete ed è il terzo anno che, come volontaria di Mani Tese, dedico un po' del mio tempo libero per fare i pacchetti natalizi...

Mentre fuori nevica di brutto, l'atmosfera dentro è quasi soporifera... sarà la neve, sarà la crisi economica, sarà che forse la gente ha sempre meno voglia di leggere e quindi si sta in attesa... Fortunatamente è una libreria e per me, che vivo di editoria è come stare nel paese dei balocchi! Ho pure trovato dei possibili libri per la mia whising list! E poi sono anche in dolce compagnia, il mio personale dolcissimo babbo natale!
While outside it's snowing relentless, the atmosphere inside is almost soporific ... it will be for the snow or the economic crisis, or it will be probably for people have have less and less want to read and then you're waiting ... Fortunately, this is a bookshop and for me, who work in publishing is like being in Wonderland! I also found some possible books for my whising list! And I'm also in good company, my own sweet Santa!

Quindi, chiudo qui questo mio primo piccolo flash, con un piccolo appello, gente: comprate libri (possibilmente in carta riciclata o FSC), andate da Felt***elli e fate una buona azione per le popolazioni del sud del mondo. Ma anche aiutate i volontari di Mani Tese a non annoiarsi, aiutate l'editoria a non morire e me a poter continuare a lavorare in questo meraviglioso settore! :-)
So, here I close my first small flash, with a small call to you, people: buy books (possibly recycled paper or FSC), go to Felt***elli and do a good deed for the people of the South of th World. So also help the Mani Tese volunteers to not be bored, help publishing not to die and me to be able to continue to work in this wonderful industry! :-)
